1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or ordering Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

2. Services Offered

Executive Tailors provides bespoke tailoring services for men's suits, shirts, and related formal wear. Our Services are designed to offer a personalized fit and exceptional craftsmanship, utilizing premium fabrics and meticulous attention to detail. Each garment is created to the client's specific measurements and stylistic preferences.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Consultation and Measurement: The process begins with a detailed consultation and precise body measurements taken by our expert tailors.
• Fabric and Style Selection: Clients will select from a curated range of high-quality fabrics and discuss design details, including lapel styles, button configurations, and lining options.
• Fitting Sessions: Multiple fitting sessions may be required to ensure a perfect fit and adjust the garment as needed.
• Final Garment: Upon satisfactory completion of fittings, the final garment will be delivered.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required upon confirmation of the order. The remaining balance is due upon the final fitting and approval of the garment, prior to collection or dispatch. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Executive Tailors reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice for new orders.

4. Measurement Accuracy and Client Responsibility

While our tailors take the utmost care in recording measurements, clients are responsible for ensuring they have provided accurate information during the consultation and fitting stages. Any significant changes in body measurements after the initial measurement may incur additional costs for alterations.

5. Alterations and Adjustments

Executive Tailors offers reasonable adjustments and alterations to ensure client satisfaction. Minor adjustments are included within the service. Significant alterations due to client-initiated changes in body size or weight post-measurement may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon with the client.

6. Fabric and Material Availability

We strive to maintain an up-to-date selection of fabrics. However, certain fabrics may become unavailable due to supply chain issues. In such cases, we will notify the client promptly and offer suitable alternatives of equivalent quality and price. Executive Tailors is not liable for delays or unavailability caused by external suppliers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Executive Tailors website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Executive Tailors or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Executive Tailors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Executive Tailors operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve any dispute before initiating legal proceedings.

10. Modifications to Terms

Executive Tailors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
